To operate your account, display your tracking history, and generate observational summaries of your own data. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party connections are opt-in. Each connection shows what it reads before you authorize it, and you can disconnect it at any time from settings, which stops future syncing.

Accounts use secure authentication, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we also give you tools to review and remove your data.

You can export your data, correct your entries, disconnect integrations, and permanently delete your account and its associated records.
